Payment or refund help

Include your payment or order reference, payment date and amount. Do not send your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, password or one-time password. A payment screenshot should hide unrelated personal or banking details.

If money was debited but your appointment is not confirmed, contact us before paying again. We will check the booking and payment records.

Privacy requests & complaints

Use the same support email for requests to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to raise a service complaint. Explain the issue and the outcome you are requesting. We may ask for information needed to verify that the booking or account belongs to you.
