1. Information we handle

• Contact details you enter: name, email address and phone number
• Birth details: date, time if known, and place of birth
• Questions and notes you choose to share for your reading
• Google sign-in identifiers and profile information, such as your name, email and profile picture
• Appointment date, time, plan, booking status, meeting details and cancellation or rescheduling requests
• Payment references, amount and status; support communications; and technical records needed to operate and protect the service

2. Why we use it

We use this information to sign you in, prepare and provide your consultation, reserve and manage appointments, verify payments, handle refunds, send booking-related information, respond to support requests and protect the website from misuse. We may retain relevant records to meet accounting, legal and dispute-resolution obligations.

Optional questions and an unknown birth time can be left blank. Avoid sharing medical records, identity documents, banking credentials or sensitive details that are not needed for your enquiry. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers & sharing

Google Firebase supports account sign-in. Razorpay processes payments and receives the payment and contact details needed for checkout. Our hosting, booking, scheduling and meeting providers process information needed to run appointments. We may disclose relevant information where required by law or to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

The website and booking service receive payment identifiers and transaction status. Card details, CVV and UPI PIN are entered in the payment provider’s flow and are not requested in our booking form.

4. Cookies, storage & external services

Sign-in and other essential website functions may use cookies or browser storage. Embedded YouTube videos use the youtube-nocookie.com player; interacting with a video may involve Google’s processing. If you choose WhatsApp booking, the booking details included in the prepared message are shared with WhatsApp and with us when you send it. Google, Razorpay, YouTube and WhatsApp operate under their own privacy policies.

Your browser settings can limit cookies or storage, but doing so may affect sign-in and booking. External service providers may process information outside your state or country.

5. Retention & protection

We retain information for as long as needed for the consultation, account and booking administration, customer support and applicable record-keeping or dispute obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and reason for keeping it. Contact us to request deletion of information no longer required.

We use access controls and the security features of our service providers to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your Google account secure and never share payment passwords or one-time passwords with us.

6. Your requests & choices

Contact support@dubeji.com to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw permission for optional information or raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained for payments, legal obligations or disputes; we will explain relevant limits. Withdrawing details needed for a consultation may prevent us from providing it.

Bookings are intended for adults aged 18 or above. If a child’s information has been shared without appropriate authorisation, contact us so it can be reviewed.
