No physical shipping

The Essential and Premium plans are online consultation services. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping fee applies to these bookings. Pooja, havan or physical-item enquiries are handled separately and are not part of this checkout.

When the service is delivered

Your 45-minute consultation takes place at the confirmed date and time selected during booking. All appointment times are in Indian Standard Time (IST). It is a scheduled live service, not an instantly delivered report or downloadable product.

Confirmation & joining details

After successful payment verification, the booking screen displays confirmation. Sign in with the same Google account and open My appointments to review the booking and access the joining link when it is available. Keep your registered email and phone accessible for appointment-related communication.

If the payment is pending, the booking is missing or the joining link is unavailable, contact us with the booking or payment reference. Do not pay again without checking the original transaction.

Before your session

• Check your confirmed appointment date and time
• Keep a working internet connection, microphone and suitable device ready
• Have your birth details and questions available
• Contact support before the appointment if joining details are missing

Delays or technical problems

If you cannot connect, contact us promptly. If a service-side issue prevents delivery, we will help arrange another slot or review a refund under the Cancellation & refunds policy. Changes requested by you are subject to the notice periods in that policy.
